PayPal Statement for Court (2025)
PayPal stores everything in the Activity tab—each payment includes Gross, Fee, and Net columns. Courts and landlords want a clear ledger that shows the total money in, the total money out, and a memo for every transaction.
Step 1 — Export your PayPal activity
- Sign in at paypal.com on desktop.
- Go to Activity → Statements → Custom (or All Transactions).
- Choose your date range and export as CSV.
- PayPal emails large exports; smaller ranges download instantly.
Step 2 — Build the court-ready PDF
- Upload your CSV at courtpdf.com/upload.
- We detect PayPal automatically and parse deposits, withdrawals, fees, and refunds.
- Decide whether to include non-USD rows. If you keep them, we tag the currency in the memo so the judge sees it clearly.
- Pick a mode (Inflows, Outflows, or Net) and generate the PDF.
Why the PDF works for court
- Cover page totals for the exact date range you exported.
- Monthly breakdowns and top counterparties (optional).
- Appendix with every transaction, memo, counterparty, and amount.
- Warnings if PayPal reported adjustments or non-USD currency.
FAQ
Will the PDF show PayPal fees and refunds? Yes. CourtPDF reads PayPal’s Net, Gross, and Fee columns so refunds and fee reversals display correctly.
Can I include only incoming payments? Yes—switch to Inflows mode to focus on deposits and reimbursements.
What about non-USD transactions? We flag them. You can include them in the PDF with the original currency label or exclude them before generating.
