CourtPDF

Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2025

1. Nature of the Service

CourtPDF provides free, browser-based utilities that format user-exported data (for example, payment CSV files, text message logs, or email archives) into PDF summaries. Processing occurs locally in your browser unless a specific feature requires server storage. The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

2. Not Legal Advice or Official Documents

CourtPDF is not a law firm and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Generated PDFs are user-created summaries, not certified statements or official records. Courts or agencies may reject such documents; always retain your original exports.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for accuracy and lawful use of your data. You agree not to falsify or misrepresent information and to indemnify CourtPDF and its owners from any claims arising from your use of the Service.

4. Privacy & Security

CourtPDF processes files in your browser by default and does not store or review uploads unless explicitly required. Review our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourtPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $100.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Third-party names such as Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and Zelle are used descriptively and are not affiliated with CourtPDF.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Kentucky law. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Louisville, KY, under the American Arbitration Association. You waive any class actions.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
