Zelle Statement for Court (2025)
The key idea
Unlike standalone apps, Zelle runs through your bank or credit union. Your Zelle payments live in your bank account activity.
Where to look
- Log in to your bank’s website or app.
- Open Zelle (or Transfers/Payments) → Activity/History.
- Set the date range (extend beyond 90 days if your bank allows).
- Export the view as CSV. If CSV isn’t available, download your bank statements (PDF) for the period.
Make it court-ready
- If you have CSV: upload to CourtPDF to generate a clean summary + appendix PDF.
- If you only have statement PDFs: submit those directly; courts often accept official bank statements as-is.
Tip: If your bank limits ranges, run multiple exports and upload them together to build one combined PDF.
What your PDF includes
- Cover page with totals (Inflows, Outflows, Net, Transactions)
- Optional monthly table and top payers
- Appendix: paginated Zelle ledger (date, counterparty, memo, amount)
- Disclaimer footer
FAQ
Can I filter only Zelle entries before export? Yes—many banks let you search “Zelle” in activity and export the filtered results.
My bank only gives PDFs—what then? Submit the official bank PDFs; if CSV is available, CourtPDF can build a consolidated ledger.
Will memos show up? If your bank includes them in the export, they’ll appear in the appendix.
