Zelle Payments: Export & Create a Court-Ready PDF

Zelle doesn’t always provide a standalone export—your bank usually does. Once you download the CSV, CourtPDF turns it into a professional PDF designed for judges and landlords.

Step 1 — Find your Zelle history

Log in to your bank’s online portal (the account linked to Zelle). Look for Transactions, Activity, or Payments, then filter for Zelle. Many banks allow CSV export from their activity page.

  • If you see a DR/CR column, we keep signs correct (debit vs. credit).
  • If not, we infer direction from phrases like “Payment to” or “Payment from”.

Step 2 — Generate your PDF

  1. Upload the CSV at courtpdf.com/upload.
  2. Choose your mode (Inflows, Outflows, Net) and set the date window.
  3. Hide self-transfers if they appear in the export.
  4. Click Generate PDF.

Make it judge-friendly

  • Use a reasonably wide date range and let the PDF show a clear story.
  • Keep memos intact but concise; we preserve punctuation/emoji while keeping tables readable.
  • Bring your bank statement as a cross-check if possible.
